Terms of Service (TOS) — Clipping Platform by IGE

1. Introduction

Welcome to the clipping platform ("Platform"). The Platform enables users to create, upload, submit, and share short-form video clips derived from provided gaming content, and to participate in promotional campaigns where eligible users may receive payments based on valid organic view counts.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd, a company incorporated in Sri Lanka and operating publicly as InGame Esports ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Individuals under 18 may only participate with verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Participation in certain campaigns may be limited by region. For the current campaign, participation is limited to eligible residents of Nepal submitting videos targeted to a Nepali audience. Existing creators who are already part of Next Star or any similar program on PUBG MOBILE are not eligible for this campaign.

3. Accounts & Registration

To participate in campaigns or receive payouts, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, disable access, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

4. Description of Services

The Platform allows users to upload and submit video clips for evaluation within ongoing or future promotional campaigns. The Platform may include analytics, performance insights, and payout features linked to campaign participation.

We may integrate third-party connected accounts or APIs in the future (for example, social media account integration and verification). Current functionality is limited to users providing public video links manually.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without liability.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of all content you upload or submit ("User Content").

By uploading or submitting User Content, you grant InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd / InGame Esports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, display, promote, edit, and create derivative works from your User Content for:

• Verification, performance assessment, and campaign payout evaluation
• Marketing and promotional use, including advertising, public display, and reposting across owned channels
• Internal research and product improvement

You confirm that you either own or have all necessary rights to upload the content and that your content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or the rights of others.

6. Campaign Participation & Payments

Payments may be provided to eligible users based on valid organic view counts achieved on submitted videos. Campaign rules and requirements will be published separately and may be updated periodically.

For the current campaign:

• Rs. 1 per 4 valid organic views (4 views = Rs. 1)
• Minimum 1,000 views required
• Maximum payout Rs. 100,000 per video
• Paid views, bot views, click-farmed or manipulated views are not permitted
• Payments will be made only after verification and campaign conclusion
• Payment method: bank transfer (foreign remittance) to Nepali accounts for eligible participants
• Users may submit multiple video URLs, each counted separately
• Only publicly accessible content at review time is eligible
• Only content created from the provided seed content and posted after 19 January 2026 is eligible
• Campaign runs until mid of February 2026 or until the total campaign budget is exhausted

We reserve the right to withhold or decline payments if we suspect fraud, manipulation, breach of rules, or policy violations.

We do not guarantee views, earnings, or the success of any submitted content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or artificial manipulation of views, including bots, paid boosting, or coordinated engagement
• Upload copyrighted or illegal content
• Harass or harm other users
• Interfere with system operations, security, or analytics
• Misrepresent identity or submit false information

Violation may result in account termination and forfeiture of payouts.

8. Content Moderation & Termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts without notice for:

• Policy violations
• Suspected fraud or harmful activity
• Legal requirements or third-party rights claims
• Risk or misconduct

You may request closure of your account at any time; however, removal prior to campaign review may make your submissions ineligible.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, logos, interface designs, platform tools, and analytics systems belong to InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd / InGame Esports and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Data & Privacy

We collect certain usage analytics, performance data, and metadata associated with your submissions. A separate Privacy Policy explains our data practices.

We do not currently require social login integrations, but this may change in future versions of the Platform.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform includes links to external services (including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms). We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions related to copyright, takedowns, or content visibility.

12. Warranty Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranty regarding uptime, speed, view success, payouts, or compatibility.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of earnings or revenue
• Platform interruptions or technical issues
• Removal of content or account termination
• Third-party service failures

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InGame Entertainment (Pvt) Ltd / InGame Esports from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your uploaded content or misuse of the Platform.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any dispute should first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Sri Lanka in accordance with applicable arbitration laws. Court litigation may apply only if arbitration is not possible.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted via website notice, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.
